We provide different type of plaster if Paris (POP) to patients with fractures and other deformities. A visiting Orthopedic surgeon and plaster technician these treatment services on call basis.
General Outpatient forms the entry point to our clinics. We have team of two registered clinical officers who provides active consultation services. We attend to an average of 80-90 patients daily, with an estimate of 240000 consultations to date.
We are equipped to provide basic routine, hematology, TB, HIV, and Biochemistry tests. With modern CD4 machine and collaboration efforts with the University of Nairobi and Medanta Africare, we monitor immunological progression of HIV patients and act as a regional referral center for Westland District.
Commenced in 2005, our mobile radiology unit takes chest and peripheral films with advanced imaging referred to Medanta Africare Center.
We provide Ultrasound services (abdominal and obstetric scans for antenatal mothers) twice a week. The service is aided by a visiting sonographer from Kenyatta hospital.

With support from MOH through USAID-Funded Aphia plus program, we provide ARVs ARV’s adherence counseling, and HIV testing. We also support Goldstar program, a local FHI affiliate, reaching about 300 private medical practitioners with ARVs in Nairobi. We have also integrated TB, Sexual reproductive Health, and Family Planning services to the core service relative to MOH guidelines.
Together with TUPANGE programs and MOH, we provide, postnatal, antenatal, family planning and PMTCT services to mothers, and immunization and well baby clinics for children under five years. Our family planning recommended methods include oral contraceptives, injectable, implants and IUCDs.
Since 2013, our facility has provided basic life support services to patients with the help of a trained nurse and driver on call.
